Kip Cyprus and the 1957 Porsche 356
The blue car is a 1964 Porsche 356 C that Kip Cyprus drove in the Holy Land 1000 rally. For Kip Cyprus, it marks the beginning of his vintage Porsche collection. This model, featuring front disc brakes, is slightly less powerful than its predecessor but is highly dependable. The car, with a valley blue interior and a sunroof, proved its reliability during the 1,100-mile journey through Israel. The Holy Land 1000 rally in Israel covered a significant distance, starting in Tel Aviv, passing through Egypt, Jordan, the Dead Sea, Jerusalem, the Sea of Galilee, and along the Syrian and Lebanese borders before returning to Tel Aviv. The 1964 Porsche 356 C proved to be a fantastic and reliable companion throughout this memorable journey.
